Cleaning cuticles hurt, even bled a bit when I left, took forever to file, nail clipper was not even sharp anymore. Painting of gel manicure wasn't very expert. However I paid half price and can't expect so much.

The consultant wasn't very friendly, almost not talk at all and was less comfortable than usual but the result was good, nice shaping and generally tidy.

Kelly was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. As I have only had 1 treatment, and a course is reccomended to see full benefit of CACI treatments, it is too early to say whether it has made a positive difference.
