The venue is downstairs an actual pharmacy and therefore does not have a Spa feel or is particularly inviting. It is quite basic, but that is what I like- I go to venues for treatments and not experiences. I had some electrolysis and it was painless and accurate.

Sarah was lovely, and not at all judgemental of how long is gone since my previous wax. She had good tips and was friendly, making the experience more pleasant that it should have been. One of the least painful waxes I've ever had. Will definitely return.
