Decent price for waxing but may not return because my appointment was late to start, the treatment room wasn't super clean and I left with a lot of wax on my hands.

Really bad experience here. The therapist did not use a different waxing stick each time, putting the same one that had touched me back into the wax - which is unhygienic as this can lead to the transfer of diseases. The actual wax was also bad as one half of my bikini wax goes straight up and the other half goes diagonally - leaving it completely uneven and unsymmetrical.

The ladies at Essential Beauty are very lovely. The Indian head massage was performed by another therapist but as good as last time. Will be back soon.
