I had to wait 15 minutes having been punctual for my appointment, but the ambience was relaxing and calming so it wasn't too disappointing to wait.
The lady who waxed me was lovely and chatty,? So distracted me from the pain! The bikini wax itself however was slightly unsatisfactory as she didn't remove much hair and thought it was ok to leave it at that.
I would definitely return!
