I would give it 0 stars if I could! Booked an appointment, got a confirmation and then got a phone call 30 mins before the appointment that it needs to be cancelled! Apparently the times listed on here are not accurate and they finish early on Fridays. They should consider changing the times to the correct ones on here as it’s messing with people! High unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Very nice massage . The Lady have a really good experience .. and good hands . Me and my Husband enjoy a lot . For a waiting time they have nice restaurant . With delicious coffee . :)

I booked for3pm. Booking was accepted. I then got a call from the spa asking if they could see me at 4pm instead. I agreed I could but would have to be 4 on the dot as I had a meeting to attend at 630 (2 hr treatment)
Therapist arrives at 4:10 had to call her boss to get the code to gain access to the spa. By the time she had set up it was 4:30. In a bid to get it all done she started a hot stone massage before finishing my facial & tried to alternate between the two and finished at 615 Not good

Very relaxing, good location but needs to be pre-booked (and hotel needs to give you the mobile phone number of the therapist if you need to contact them as technically its not part of the hotel)
