Impossible to tell as the doors were locked when i turned up at the spa. On calling they said they didnt know that i had booked did i booked through treatwell. When i had confirmed that i had booked through treatwell she went on to advise that it was treatwells fault as the appointment only just showed on her system at that point. May have believed her but this is not the first time this has happened. The spa based in the Leonardo Hotel seems unmanned most of the time. Poor
Very efficient masseur, pleasant lady.
Good facility and brilliant pricing.
Minor criticism is that table is uncomfortable particularly where the hole for the face is, actually hurt, otherwise good.
Will use again.
