My normal spa was fully booked so decided to get a facial from here. I booked the 30 minute facial as this is what I typically get at my normal place. The entire time she was telling me she can’t give me a great facial in only 30 mins and I should have booked for an hour, all in all not very relaxing. Every spa I have been to has had a quick skin consultation with me at the start yet here there was no consultation so the facial wasn’t tailored to my skin . Felt as though she exfoliated multiple times and though I don’t have dry skin I left feeling very dry and in need of some moisturiser. Despite this, the venue is nice and table is comfortable, but unfortunately won’t be returning.

I recently came here for the 1st time to have a facial treatment. I highly recommend Alicia, she went above and beyond with the treatment. I received good advices for my wellbeing as well. She seems to me very knowledgeable and passionate about her profession. The only thing I didn’t like in general is that I didn’t receive clear instructions previously on how to find the other room which is on the 2nd floor and it was confusing, especially when the hotel reception was full of people and I didn’t want to waste time waiting to be attended and ask where exactly it is. My suggestion is to give this information when you confirm the booking for first time customers.

Excellent! I always have an amazing experience when attending this salon.Shamila does a great job with my brows and facial. And this is the only place where I get my facial done. The salon is always neat and tidy and very much updated with professional staff, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and soothing. I always get a pampered service. I recommend this salon to get any of your beauty services done. 5 star definitely.

I have been going to Essentia Spa for last couple years and they never fail to impress me with their treatments.
The massages are very relaxing and therapeutic, pedicures are amazing really transform your feet.
Eye brow shaping by shamila are pain free and the list can just go on ….
Therapists are highly qualified and very friendly who always go out of their way to help.
Highly recommend this place

Please avoid for foot spa/pedicure.
Booked foot spa for me and husband just because appointment was not available at my usual centre. Thought of trying new place looking at reviews but it was the worst pedicure ever. Honestly there were no reviews for foot spa but may be my mistake that I booked still. Leaving review in case it helps others.
They have the small foot cleaner with manual water filling and it was not at all comfortable to put your feet while in lying down position on massage bed. The therapist looked very new and probably didn’t know much about pedicure. Dead skin not removed properly and am left with nail paint as if some kid has done painting on my feet nails. They don’t have any selection of nail paints as well. Just few colours in a basket.
Will never use again or recommend anyone for foot spa at least. Not worth £40(for men) and £45 (for women) at all.
