Whilst the massage itself was good my issue was the length of the massage. I paid for 1hr 15 minutes and gave a generous tip. On leaving the salon I turned my phone on and realised I was only in the salon for a total of one hour which included waiting, filling in a form and getting changed before and after so the massage would have been no longer than 50 minutes. Very disappointing.
This was my second time at the saloon and unlike the first time staff were not very welcoming. I was brought to massage room and told "get ready" without any introduction or space for questions about procedure.
First thing lady who was massaging me did was ask if I want to buy a cream and then the same question after massage before paying again, turned off.
As usual, the staff was amazing and the treatment is very effective if you can afford the price.
I visited for hot stone massage to alleviate neck and back ache, it was a pleasant friendly professional treatment and I left feeling pampered, with other treatments planned after a knowledgeable discussion with therapist .willtry deep tissue next time but would definitely return
