AVOID AVOID AVOID if you are expecting a spa day you won't get one. Booked a 6 hour spa day, after our hour treatment there was nowhere to go. 8 sunloungers around the pool so obviously they get full up straight away, managed to bag 2, went to the toilet and on our return our towels were on the floor and someone else was sitting there. Management didn't want to know and shrugged their shoulders, head office apparently had the same attitude.
For a last minute idea for what to do for an anniversary, this couldn't have been nicer. Everything was top quality, very relaxing, the food delicious and the staff friendly and helpful - something that is rare these days - good customer service. It made the weekend very special; thank you.
Great Staff and it was a lovely treat for cost. Would definitely recommend a trip to this spa. Very enjoyable!

We had a package which included dinner and breakfast, and it was excellent value. The food was fantastic and all the restaurant staff made us feel very welcome.

The best part of the experience was the girl that did the treatment. I really felt pampered by her.
However, it will be nice if some of drink is offered complimentary to the spa experience. All the spas I have attended in the past does that.
