Absolutely amazing! Superb value and everything was of a very high standard. Friendly staff, luxurious rooms, tasty food...! I will definitely visit again.
Hotel was very nice and clean with excellent rooms.. The restaurant was great with a incredible variety of food to choose from. Food quality was also very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever required.
Regarding our treatments, we are extremely happy with the massage. It really helped us relax from head to toes.
However, we are very disappointed with our express manicure and pedicure. They seemed to lack the right equipment and they didn't follow the right procedure for either the pedicure or the manicure - no water to soak our nails in, didn't treated our cuticles properly, my girlfriend's varnish application was terrible and completely unprofessional (there were patches missing - lighting was so light she couldn't see the final result until we left the spa, she had to redo them after a day). Overall nail treatment was very rushed and unprofessional to the point we feel we wasted 100 pounds for nothing.
Complete relaxing experience in a spotless and calming environment. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Very good will be back....
Good and reasonably priced spa night - meal choices are not fantastic but as this is a set menu there are no complaints. Swimming pool is relaxing and ambient. Executive rooms are amazing.
Greeted warmly on arrival, confirming our treatment time and asked when lunch would suit us. Facilities were excellent, the only thing missing was a jacuzzi! Back massage was so nice, nearly fell asleep. The two course lunch was amazing and the whole experience definitely worth it.
