Great massage, very relaxing time by the pool. Loved the steam room and sauna. Our room booking was initially not found but it wasn't a problem as we had our Wahanda email confirmation and 10mins later we were checked in and had been upgraded to a larger room for having to wait for them to check a different system to find out booking, a very nice touch. The staff are so friendly, kind and courteous everywhere in the hotel, this has to be some of the best customer service we have ever received, we were always greeted with a smile and were made to feel very special throughout our whole stay. The food at this hotel is very good, very fresh, cooked to perfection and served so nicely. We especially enjoyed the calves liver at dinner. We had dinner and breakfast included in our package, both were so good, and lots of choice. As our spa treatments were early on the day we checked in we also had lunch in the bar, which was very nice as well (excellent chips and generous portions). The small blip over the reservation not being found was nothing due to the polite and efficient way it was handled by the staff. Overall I cannot fault it, it was just so lovely. We would return and would definitely recommend.

Had a really lovely spa break at this hotel. I went with 3 friends and we all loved it! The rooms were great, lovely showers and comfy beds. The food was fabulous. The spa facilities were great. The only slight negative point I would note is that the treatment room where we had our massage was a bit run down - not giving it the ambience of a spa treatment room - it is by the side of the pool too so you can hear everybody splashing around. The massage itself was great though and it certainly didn't spoilt our trip in any way. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Brilliant! Great value for money and really clean! Would have no troubles in recommending this trip. Only thing i would say is if you are wanting any spa treatments then you need to book up in advance as we tried a week before we were due to arrive and they were full. But otherwise a really relaxing easy trip which we will be doing again!
