Shelley was lovely but the spa room was squeezed in around the sauna and steam room. This meant that whenever the door opened to the steam room (which was broken so it made a loud noise) was opened or closed I could hear it, even over the spa music. I could also hear people talking, going in and out of the various rooms which meant that the atmosphere wasn't relaxing. I also think my treatment included a glass of fizz which I never received or was offered.
