They didn't accept card payment and I wasn't informed of this until my arrival. I had to do a bank transfer over the weekend with someone constantly texting me about it. Would have been better to inform beforehand. Also treatwell accepted my change of time, but venue again texted me before arrival asking me where I was. Seems to be bad lack of communication somewhere.

When asked what I would like included or treated in particular I had stated lymphatic drainage which the therapist told me a facial would not help with. Therapist also had a cold and kept having to pause to clear throat.
