Melissa was amazing! She listened to my concerns and was good at checking in to make sure the pressure was ok. I've knocked off a star because it took me 10 minutes to find the place within the hotel. It's not well signposted so I was walking around in circles until the person at the front desk asked me to take a seat on the 1st floor and someone would come to me. So a bit stressful at the start but I'd definitely come back again though. Reasonably priced, nice location and amazing massages.
