I was quite late for my treatment due to traffic and I appreciate that instead of one hour we had to do half an hour however the place closes at 7, and they finished the treatment around 10 minutes prior to that time which made me felt that they could’ve done better as I had paid for it. Other than that I am happy with the treatment and how my face felt and looked after it.
