Unfortunately the lady who did my hair didn't speak English and so I had to describe what I wanted to her friend who translated. Something must have got lost in translation because I asked for layers and for the hair to be shaped around my face but I've ended up with all my hair the same length. I wasn't then asked if I was happy at all, it just finished! Disappointed overall as I'd had a lovely massage there before but definitely won't be returning for a hair cut.
