Not your usual spa venue and wouldn't rate as 'spa' clean. No forms completed or questions asked prior to treatment which may be of concern if any issues relating to treatment.
No communication received during visit and didn't really feel relaxed.
However, the treatment itself was fantastic and couldn't fault it. Good value too
