This said it was top-rated in 2019 so I thought I’d give it a go, but I was very disappointed. The therapist put me in the room and assumed I knew I had to immediately undress and get on the table. She never asked me if I had any injuries, whether I wanted her to focus on a certain area, or whether the pressure was ok. Her nails were sharp and hurt when digging into my spine. She was very rough with me and at some points I was holding back tears from the pain. I won’t be going back.
