Nobody greeted me on my arrival and a member of staff was sat straightening her hair until she eventually acknowledged me.
I wasn't asked any questions about why I was there or what I wanted from the massage and they didn't even have my booking.
The massage felt okay but didn't address the issues I have with my neck.
Svetlana gave me some advice but it was difficult to understand so I only found it slightly useful.
I will try somewhere else next time.
