Probably the best massage I have ever had.
I carry my stress and tension in my shoulders & neck so booked this massage to try and get some relief from the stiffness and pain I was experiencing.
Although this massage was painful at times I now feel the best I have in months. I will definitely be back.
If you are looking for a relaxing, light massage this might not be for you.
If you are experiencing pain due to stiff muscles or muscle imbalance then this is 100% the massage for you.
