I had holywood waxing with Svetlana and I am sooo pleased with the results. I’ve been to many places around Bristol for wacing, and sonfad had never had better results. I don’t have a single hair left. Svetlana definitely knows how to do it. She’s quick and professional, but you can see that she doesn’t rush you and makes sure all hairs are gone. I am definitely going back there and this this will be the place I’ll be getting waxed from now on. Thank you.

Svetlana held me hostage even after forcing me to pay over internet banking as the salon does not take card payments. She said I had a “silly face”. My lash lift was laughable. There are wood louse in the lamp shades. I left with sugar residue on my eyelids. My lashes were not lifted. I am convinced they are paying someone to leave the positive reviews. Hostile atmosphere. Aggressive “beauticians”.

Her nails dig into my skin, she should keep shorter nails if she is going to massage people. Also she plays funky music but you ahould play calm music for massages so the client is calm and relaxed.
