Lovely relaxing atmosphere and I fell asleep too! The last lift process itself was simple. My lashes also look amazing. They look more open and have definitely lifted

Svetlana is great at waxing but my massage really hurt this time during and after, and my back still hurt and are still very sore. It’s seems that no matter which type of massage you book, you just get a deep tissue.. Had to actually book another massage somewhere else to sort me out. I think if you say you’re in too much pain, the customer should be respected. It is a bit of a direct service, which I didn’t mind however being stubborn, ordering around and not listening to customers wishes is very unprofessional. They should also do something about the ambience-lighting and weird music. Wax yes, massage absolutely no unless you don’t mind getting a bit butchered. I wrote a good review before but I’ve changed my mind.

Really disappointed. Had a lash lift and tint and there was absolutely no difference at all. In fact I think I lost lashes during the treatment, my lashes really stuck together and she was brushing them quite roughly for ages. Complete waste of money
