I have had 4 treatments in the last fortnight. It’s been very hit and miss. My gel pedicure has worn away in less than a fortnight, my gel nail manicure has worn away in 6 days. Both manicure and pedicure were sore experiences. 3 of my nails bled a lot during the treatment. Svetlana is lovely but very forthright which being quite shy meant I didn’t get the rounded nails I wanted. This being said my eyebrow wax and tint, as well as my lash lift and tint were great and results fantastic.

My first Hollywood wax ever and they did not make me feel relaxed at all! She rushed even though there were no other customers and left some hair. There was still some wax leaving me feeling sticky. She wasn’t nice and welcoming. Will not be coming back. On top of all this, there was a random worker crying on the phone upon arrival
