Went in for patch test and i've cancelled my booking now. It was empty and the atmosphere was cold. Woman who came to eventually see me was extremely unfriendly and blunt. She did the patch test but couldn't be less interested in engaging with me at all. Don't plan to go for my treatment and will go elsewhere.
