Good secluded room but no effort was made to welcome and talk me through the process/aftercare despite me telling her it was my first time having an intimate wax. She got impatient while I was getting undressed and just barged in so I don’t really know what was the point of her faux politeness there. Told me off for not being relaxed but it’s quite hard to be when she made no effort for niceties. Also there are loads of flies in the waiting area which put me on edge at the start (cleanliness)

Svetlana was calm, efficient and gentle. The Hollywood wax was completed in 15 minutes and with sugarpaste, so no pain or discomfort of any kind.
