Lash lift didn't work properly. I have had this treatment several times in different salons and I have always been happy. My left eye was very slightly lifted and the right not at all. I sent photos to Svetlana the day after but was refused a refund unless I come into the salon but I was on holiday. To be honest after reading other people's reviews I didn't want to come back and deal with hostility. She told me I was the only person to ever complain which is not true.
