Farida was lovely but really hate the way she’s cut my hair - she thinned it out completely which is not what I asked for and didn’t take consideration of the natural curliness of my hair so overall disappointed.

I booked a wash and cut but the wash didn’t happen and it felt like a bit of a rush job. The marketing on the web site didn’t match the experience.

Had a lovely experience was greeted as soon as i arrived by Farida. She gave great customer service and had great attention to detail with my eyebrows. Eyebrow threading can hurt if not done properly but Farida was very gentle.
Will definitely be back
