I was really glad to get a last minute booking (literally less than 5 mins between booking and being sat down). Dana was very attentive, offered me a drink and took my coat as soon as I got in. She asked what I wanted and made some recommendations. The massage chair at the wash station was really nice. I was really pleased with the cut and styling and how complimentary Dana was. She also gave me advice on what products I needed without trying to sell me anything.
