I made my booking and I paid in advance for wash and cut. However, when I arrived there, staff rudely told me that they don't do bookings and that I had to wait 30 minutes. They didn't ask what services I had booked. They just cut my hair and I had to remind them I paid for wash too. For instance, they wash my hair after my cut. Dissatisfied

Great haircut again, and chose to have the beard trim as well. It did cost £8 while I didn't have much off (my choice) it came out in a better shape than I've ever managed to get it so will still say it's worth it! Top marks
