I was greeted by a friendly person at reception and was asked if I would be able to manage the steps down to the treatment room as I have mobility issues. I found Jo very sensitive and considerate. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and carried out the facial very professionally. I think the fact that I have booked two more appointments next month speaks for itself!
