As I said last time I visited, the experience was good. The staff were polite and welcoming. They were running late but they apologised for this. The facial went well and my skin looked great afterwards. I was given an after care sheet which was useful as I routinely use a retinol based night cream and the guidance said to avoid this for 72 hours, which I have been doing.
