I had my ears pierced and the bar used was too small for my ears causing it to dig into my ears upon swelling and making them swell even more. My ear swelled up so much it actually upon cleaning caused one of my earrings to pop off. When contacting to ask for advice and help the message was seen and I was ignored. Which was a shame as the piercer herself was lovely and caring but the after care was certainly not.
