Took my 10 year old to get her ears pierced. The location was a little but daunting on an industrial estate, but the salon itself was very clean and the ladies very friendly and no nonsense which is ideal for a child that is slightly nervous but has wanted pierced ears for ages. They did both ears at the same time which was good. I also had my ear repierced as they use needles not gun, so I was very pleased to have that done as an impromptu decision.

So disappointed. The appointment didn’t take place at at all, they didn’t even call or email to cancel. I spent two Uber trips to get there (it’s in the middle of nowhere) and now I’ve been trying to get a refund for nearly a month! They’re so rude, when I tried calling to see what happened, they hung up on me and blocked my number;I had to wait 30mins in freezing cold outside then I gave up waiting. When contacted on FB,they lied to me about what happened. I’d avoid at all costs - worst exp!
