After a very bad experience having BIAB done elsewhere, my nails were left badly damaged from being over-filed. Christine was incredibly reassuring and took the time to talk me through all the options, as well as a clear plan to restore my nails to a healthy condition. We started with IBX and BIAB, and she was honest in explaining that recovery would take time. I really appreciated her transparency, realistic advice, and setting the right expectations from the start.
