First time visit, and I was impressed with both the efficiency of the Beauticians. and how attentive and welcoming they managed to be whilst managing a deceptively busy salon. Unfortunately, I managed to knock one of my nails, whilst under the dryer and, despite being super busy, she was so nice about redoing the nail. In fact, she did it again, because *she* wasn't happy with the finish. A little oasis of calm, on a busy London street. I'll be back.

I have my eyebrows threaded. It was reasonably priced and the salon was nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. I had never had my eyebrows threaded previously so hard to know if it was a good job or not. I thought the beautician should have asked me if I had done threading previously and she didn't and I didn't know what to expect. I would consider returning but I would also like to go somewhere different so I can compare.
