It’s good enough for a quick waxing and a nail job but do not waste your money on messages or any of the packages. The gel paint on my nails started coming off the very next day. The facial was done wearing rubber gloves so all I good feel was rubber on face. The facial and the hand/feet scrub was of poor quality. The bed for the spa was so tiny and uncomfortable that I couldn’t move after a while and was cramped. Over all a bit pricey for the services and ambiance.
Rang me less than 2 hours beforehand to say that my booking was no longer available and I had to move it. I said that I couldn't attend another time and just wanted a refund, but even though they were the ones cancelling, they refused to refund me. They eventually said that they had another therapist to do the booking at the requested time but when I got there, they were running half an hour late which leads me to believe that they lied about the appointment time just so I'd turn up and wait.
