I was very disappointed. The lady who did my waxing had very little English. The pot that the wax sticks were in had old wax all over it. When I got home I realised that lots of my hairs had just been ripped and I had to redo them myself and tweezers out ones that were to short. Not worth the money

The staff made me comfortable also for my first Brazilian wax.
