worst treatment i have ever received
i came in very excited about getting my eyelashes extended, i already had beautiful long eyelashes and wanted to make them stand out more with natural looking extensions, the woman used way to much glue and applied it onto my natural eyelashes (which is not the right way to put them on), whilst she was applying them they would get stuck onto my bottom natural eyelashes and rip.
after i got them done they looked nothing but natural and it was digging into my eyeball due to the hard glue excess.
During getting it done the woman was not friendly at all, she was very rough and did not explain to me what to do at all.
I HONESTLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR METHOD AS IT IS VERY DAMAGING TO EYELASHES AND IS VERY EXCESSIVE.
ps: i will come in to the shop to show the damage made (bald patches, and glue residue on my eyelashes) and i honestly deserve a refund for the damage made to my eyelashes.
I thought it was very noisy and I could not relax, it was very bright as well.

Staff are extremely rude. My mum got a gift of a pedicure for xmas as she has sore hard feet walked in didn't seem to care had a miserable look on her face. When they finally got to my mum 15 minutes later(No-one else was there) they looked at her feet with a disgusted look after my father told them she has bad skin and said I can't do nothing with this! Just basically washed her feet and said I'm done didn't speak one word for 20 minutes. We left disgusted and my mum embarrassed will never go back!
Really nice place but not as professional as I have experienced. I'm not sure the technician had a wealth of experience as she kept making mistakes. In the end I had to tell her to stop otherwise she would have taken my.... You get my drift.
