The staff are lovely and the salon was ok. However, The Brazilian waxing was not great. She did not completely remove hair in the areas a Brazilian wax is supposed to be.

Bikini waxing- wax left on which was painful to get off when I got home. Also another member of staff opened the door whilst I was being waxed... compromising my privacy.
