I went for threading n i like the treatment n venue. The staff was helpfull ,Was stucked somewhere and couldn't make my appointment on time they considered my problem n done my eyebrows when i reached.
the staff overall was not nice, the room was not tidy, the wax pot had old wax all over it and overall i did not have a good experience judging from the amount of terrible reviews i would hope the shop closes
after the disaster which i previously wrote a complain about, i went in to explain what had happened and hoping for a refund as well as them taking glue residue from them messing up the application. i went in explained what had happened and one of the staff who had done my eyelash extensions saw the damage made by her inadequate method and suggested that i cut my own eyelashes off and that their product did not do that when they did and my friend witnessed the process of them being removed and damaged. then she went over to say that it was my fault for removing them and that she had done them perfectly fine ( i had to remove them because i was in pain from the over use of hard glue digging into my eyeball, the terrible outcome and the terrible irritation which i still have now , my eyes have swollen up) after that i told them that i had looked online and all the tutorials said that they must not be applied to any actual natural lashes as it damages them. at first they refused to give me any money at all but eventually i managed for them to at least give me 10 pounds which if you ask me is not nearly enough to cover the damage or refund the terrible treatment. after that i told them that they left glue residue where the weren't supposed to on my eye, then they went onto applying the solvent which stung my eye, during doing so they left me without explaining how long i had to have the stinging solvent on and completely ignored me, even after the solvent i came home and still had some residue. honestly i have never in my life met staff so rude and unsympathetic, they did not assume guilt or fault for the incident at all and instead defended themselves saying that there has never been any complaint about this which i find to be untrue due to the number of people who have complained as well the lack of good reviews about this treatment or shop. i have wasted my money, damaged my self and to be honest it could not be at a worst time as i have prom in a few weeks. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE TO AT LEAST FROM MY EXPERIENCE GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS (UNLESS YOU WANT STIFF, UGLY, HARD BLACK PLASTIC TO DIG INTO YOUR EYE DAMAGE IT AND END UP RIPPING YOUR EYELASHES, IF SO THEN THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO COME)
i was not satisfied at all with my treatment. the staff were rude, uninformative, unfriendly and overall did a bad job the salon was very messy and some of the chairs were broken. the wax pot was extremely dirty, the room it self was not very clean either, i felt so awkward due to the lady being unfriendly and to top it off when i got home she had missed spots of hair which i had to remove as well. i have gotten waxes plenty of times in many places so when i got a bad reaction from the wax used here i was not impressed. over all i do not recommend this salon to anyone and frankly seeing other treatments being done terribly and customers deeply unsatisfied, woking shopping center would be better off if the shop was to be completely shut down.
