I had Yuba - she was welcoming and very nice. Made me feel at ease having a Hollywood wax that I hadn’t had for many years! Also had my eyebrows threaded, and was very pleased. Thank you Yuba 😌
Yuba was great. Welcoming and understanding. Considering I hadn’t had this kind of wax in a long time, she put me at ease and understood my discomforts. It’s not the most pleasant thing to go and do, but she was very nice through the process.
Her welcome was very nice too and I would come again.
The salon itself - I think the owner should maybe update this for his/her staff to achieve a more luxurious experience. Where the staff are so good, it could really help with the customers coming.

Very unprofessional, my wife was waiting in the queue and ladies called another person and taking in their own language ‘she is just standing there’. After calling her they were just gossiping about my wife and it made her feel really uncomfortable. They are out right unprofessional and inconsiderate…
The only issue I have is that we were charged £12 more than what we should have paid as per the price via Treatwell. Cheeky
