I actually really enjoyed my experience when I came in. I was cheeky and arrived earlier than my time slot but was seen right away and made to feel comfortable. My lady who was looking after me was so sweet and talkative which you do not get always in places.

Yuba was great. Welcoming and understanding. Considering I hadn’t had this kind of wax in a long time, she put me at ease and understood my discomforts. It’s not the most pleasant thing to go and do, but she was very nice through the process.
Her welcome was very nice too and I would come again.
The salon itself - I think the owner should maybe update this for his/her staff to achieve a more luxurious experience. Where the staff are so good, it could really help with the customers coming.
