It was really bad. I got there a bit late at 4:03 for a 4:00 appointment hoping to instantly start the treatment but they were first confused if I booked the treatment or not, then started at 4:15. And by 4:30 it was done. They had only done cleaning dead skin that too partly and exfoliation and that’s it. I asked that I requested a 1 hour treatment but got only 15mins and if that’s all there is for a luxury pedicure and they said that’s all there is for men. Wasted 35 pounds.

I had a Brazilian wax and asked for a special request, which the staff handled perfectly! They really listened to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. I’m so happy with the result, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and comfy!

I hold an HND in Beauty Therapy from City of Glasgow College, and I am passionate about delivering beautiful, long-lasting results while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer care.
