My mum was getting her nails done today and I cannot say how wonderful it was. My mum has Alzheimer’s and new things can be a bit of a struggle for her. The technician was so lovely. She was gentle and patient and explained things really sensitively. She sorted some issues my mum had with her nails without being prompted and made her feel amazing. Such a great experience which has had a lovely impact.
