They cancelled last minute a total of 3 times now, very inconvenient when you book time off work to have a treatment and they keep on cancelling

This place is great for its value but it's always chaotic and stressful in there. owners bring in their children so it's noisy and not relaxing for clients. They also don't seem to check their bookings and have double bookings so are always delayed. Otherwise they do a good job on treatments especially the hairdresser farida. she's amazing.
