Staff prioritised walk in appointments over booked appointments. I waited nearly 40 mins for my appointment and the only reason I stayed was because I pre-paid. my manicure was rushed because there was another customer waiting who was also waiting for 30 mins or so. I would not recommend, take your money elsewhere.

Appointment was good but some problem with payment. Because I booked in online and they don't know about £5 voucher that I received in email so they have to call & then after few minutes sorted out. Only that was otherwise was good service 👍
