A nice, friendly & clean environment, which meant I felt comfortable the whole time. The staff were all very lovely. I had a full leg and Brazilian wax, and both together took a lot less time than i had anticipated, whilst still being thorough. Overall i am happy with my experience and would come back again.

The room was not tidy, the therapist did not leave the room and watched me undress. Also, the therapist had just come back to work from lunch and whilst doing my facial she burped and it smelt of garlic, so it wasn't a pleasant experience.
