The treatment itself was not bad, the lady managed to remove a lot of dead skin, however the atmosphere was not very welcoming and I got burnt in two places (one very deep burn and the other more superficial). The girl was not very attentive and careful. Was my first time and the last unfortunately.

The hairdresser Farida, was trying to juggle between her other client and I, where the client wanted her hair washed and was moaning that its 5mins overdue. Farida did a terrible job of my hair. I asked for layers and to not take much from the length. She butchered my hair. The layers are uneven, I am so frustrated at this place for charging me £40 for such a unprofessional service. It was my first time visiting them and certainly the last. Will not recommend even to my worst enemy.

Poor quality base and top coats used. Manicurists talking between themselves during treatment. 3 nails had to be re-done due to smudging and air bubbles. Thumbnail was done 4 times by 2 different manicurists. It smudged again, clearly not set. Horrendous experience.
