I had an appointment with Anu for styling and cutting on Saturday 18th , 3.30 pm. When I got there, one of the staff assumed I’d come to get my hair dyed. Anu had gone off sick and no one bothered to contact me to cancel my slot. I work on Saturdays and had taken time off work. Very disappointed. I wish Anu a speedy recovery.
