I had my roots done . All the staff were welcoming and I was offered a beverage several times. Anu is a highly experienced and knowledgeable hairdresser.

My appointment was at 12 but I wasn’t seen until 45 min later. Anu applied a root gloss. I noticed that the colour looked patchy and asked whether it was supposed to look like that. I was assured that it was fine. When I got home, it was obvious that my hair was patchy. I called to request a refund, and Anu offered to correct it. I changed my mind and booked an appointment somewhere else.I emailed Embellish explaining the situation, attached photos and requested a refund I haven’t received yet.

This is my go to place for my haircut. Anu is friendly and knowledgeable- she recommended I change my shampoo and since doing so, my hair has improved. Thanks for a lovely cut and blow dry!
